We would like to hereby inform you that on 13 January 2015, based on Art. 26 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Code (Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 94 item 1037), a civil law partnership Produkcja Elementów Złącznych “Connector” Spółka cywilna, Marek Kociok, Wojciech Konieczko was transformed into

a registered partnership: Produkcja Elementów Złącznych Connector Spółka jawna Marek Kociok, Wojciech Konieczko.

Given the provisions of Art. 553 of the Commercial Companies Code and Art. 93a § 1 of the Tax Ordinance Act of 29 August 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 8 item 60 as amended). As it is a case of the so-called general succession, please be informed that as from now our activity shall be carried out in the legal form specified above and under the name:

PRODUKCJA ELEMENTÓW ZŁĄCZNYCH CONNECTOR SPÓŁKA JAWNA

MAREK KOCIOK, WOJCIECH KONIECZKO

with its registered office in Bytom, 41-902, ul. Bernardyńska 1.

Please also note that our bank accounts, as well as NIP and REGON numbers remain unchanged.
